Interior Designer (Sales)

Responsibilities:

Collect and follow up on sales leads
Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their requirements
Space planning and design researching
Understand and keeping abreast with the latest renovation supplies and construction methods
Prepare and present both simple perspective sketches and detailed technical drawings
Generating quotations and negotiating of project fees and managing project schedules
Managing project schedules and ensure proper project documentation
Coordinate closely with vendors and partners to ensure project timeline and requirements are met
Ensuring defects are attended to and following up on payment collection in a timely manner

Requirements:

Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in interior designing
Individuals with no experience, but possess a strong passion for interior design and appetite for learning, are welcome to apply.
Effectively bilingual
Understand the need for being presentable and well-groomed
Sale orientated and sales driven
Able to visualise and communicate design concepts to both clients and business associates
Believe in humility and willing to foster a strong team spirit
Strong sense of responsibility is a must
Able to work on weekends & public holidays
